Platform Role

BottleAds is an advertising, labeling, QR tracking, and campaign dashboard platform. BottleAds coordinates label/ad placement, QR/tracking setup, campaign dashboards, advertiser reporting, and other platform-side services.

Important Water Supplier Disclaimer

BottleAds does not manufacture, purify, bottle, or independently test the water.

Water bottles are supplied by verified third-party water manufacturers or vendors. BottleAds checks supplier documents such as FSSAI license, company registration, and business agreements before working with them.

Any complaint, liability, safety issue, quality issue, contamination issue, or regulatory issue related to the water itself remains the responsibility of the third-party water supplier or manufacturer.

BottleAds Responsibilities

• Label/ad placement coordination.
• QR/tracking system setup and operation.
• Campaign dashboard access.
• Advertiser reporting.
• Platform-side services related to BottleAds campaigns.

Third-Party Supplier Responsibility

Third-party water suppliers or manufacturers remain responsible for the water, bottle contents, manufacturing process, purification process, packaging quality, safety, regulatory compliance, and any issue directly related to the water itself.

Advertiser Responsibilities

Advertisers must provide accurate campaign details, lawful artwork, valid claims, correct QR destinations, and any approvals required for their advertisements, offers, or promotions.

QR Tracking and Reports

BottleAds provides QR tracking and dashboard reporting for campaign visibility. Reports are intended for campaign analysis and may depend on device, network, browser, and user behavior. BottleAds will make reasonable efforts to keep reporting accurate and available.

Complaints and Coordination

Users can contact BottleAds for complaints or questions at Email or Call. BottleAds will review platform-related complaints. Where a complaint relates to the water, bottle quality, contamination, safety, or supplier compliance, BottleAds will coordinate with the relevant supplier where applicable.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, BottleAds is not responsible for water manufacturing, purification, bottling, independent water testing, contamination, water quality, or supplier regulatory issues. Such matters remain with the relevant third-party supplier or manufacturer.
